• We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
• Contact us at online@cannakingdom.co.za to start a return.
• Non-returnable items include perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
• For exchanges, return the item and place a new order.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.
