I have ordered online numerous times with excellent service and products. I have also been into your online shop on Malibongwe, as well as the branch at Hillfox, always great service an product.
And I love you guys, but...
My last order online of 2 disposable Lemon Cherry Gelato's was unfortunately not as successful as my prior experiences.
Firstly, my order was delivered incorrectly. Called Malibongwe branch to rectify -- they apologised and informed me, I would have to wait til the next day to receive the correct order (yes I paid for express same day delivery but that did not matter)
I was told by the manager on duty that he would personally come and deliver my order the following morning.
By 10 am no delivery. Called Malibongwe branch and said manager was day off!!
He eventually called me to say I have to wait for the courier guy for my delivery. At that point I mentioned to him that he had said he would personally deliver it 1st thing that morning. He apologised and said he would get my order and personally deliver it -- which he did. I suppose as an apology they threw in 10 choc chip cookies,
Secondly, and the biggest disappointment, was both disposables only had max 40 puffs and dried up. It was Christmas and public holidays so I didn't bother calling again. I should have though...so yeah, no great buzz for my Christmas, that's for sure!!
Lastly, I thought, at least they sent me cookies, let's have those --- but yeah, those too were dead in the water -- staleAF and no buzz whatsoever!!
Will I order from you guys again? NOPE! This experience and R850 loss for something that did not satisfy me, was no joke!
